To; “the Place”
“You are to be trees of righteousness – a river in the desert – shade to the sun-baked – and a quenching to the thirsty. I will make you refreshment to the dry and parched – a cool breath of freshness. I will fill you with myself,” says the Lord, “and you shall be full. You will lack no good thing and you shall be known as the dispensers of good things. Those who lack shall find their way to your door and here in this place I will spread my blessings. I have not called you to forsake you, nor gathered you to abandon you. Those who link arms with you will be blessed and with those who help carry the burden shall I share my glory,” says the Lord. “I have loved you with an everlasting love and I delight in you this day.”
“Come, you who walk on the perimeter and halt between two paths. Come and know My power and My way. Come, and learn of Me and erase the thoughts that draw you away from Me and instead think thoughts of battle and victory! To those who war go the spoils of war and to those who draw back I have no pleasure.”
“It is in the fracas that you shall find your peace. It is on the battlefield you shall find your safety. For I am with those who do battle to fight for them and deliver them and to give those who go to war the spoils of the victory. For the victory is in my hand and is mine,” says the Lord, “but the spoils of the victory will be yours. And these shall not be shared with the fainthearted nor the double minded nor those who only watch, but rather those who in faith lay waste the citadels of the enemy and proclaim my word to the nations. You shall be twice blessed,” says the Lord, “for I will give you the battle and give you My presence and you shall know me and I shall know you and you will dine with me and I with you. Great will be the thunder of the mounts of the righteous and great will be the clamor of the retreat of the hordes that harass, and great will be the rejoicing of those I set free by the power of My spirit in you,” says the Lord of Hosts. “Take heart and be bold. Take no notice of those who detract from My words. Pay no attention to the smoke and thunder of your enemy,” says the Lord, “for it is smoke without fire and thunder without lightening – barren showmanship with no power and it cannot harm you. It shall be as nothing and you will walk through it unscathed,” says the Lord. “Those who advance will be blessed. Those who grow faint hearted will be renewed if they will turn to Me. Those who turn back will be ashamed,” says the Lord. “Do not envy their way for they are to be pitied, for it is to those who persevere that I will grant to sit with Me and walk with Me and know Me as a wife knows her Husband.”
Thus says the Lord.
